jim and pam are engaged. their relationship is settled and secure. the office is still my favorite show, but i used to watch it partly because it was so fun to watch their relationship develop.
now that they're taken care of...
booth and bones are the new jim and pam.
i've been watching "bones" for a few years now because i think it's hilarious. but now i'm noticing that i enjoy the "booth and bones" aspect of it as well.
the main character, bones, is so funny to me. she's a scientist, and she is the most rational person ever. she has completely shut off her emotions, and uses logic to deal with life. so if someone ever says anything even vaguely tainted with emotion to her, she replies "i don't know what you're saying to me." and she means it. she helps solve murders by examining skeletons. someone asked her "what does your gut tell you about this case?" and she said "i don't actually use my gut for that."
booth is the fbi agent that she works for. and he's a Christian, which is an interesting part of the show. unexpected. she obviously doesn't believe in God, so they have weird dialogue about that. funny dialogue.
and they're totally going to fall in love. i think it's season five. it's about time for some lovin'.
